At Florence and the Machine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
